Health and Safety Recce:
Locations and planned day of shoot
Our location for the second day of filming will be Oxford Circus where we see Luna
(our artist) exploring the bustly streets of London in an attempt to find her sense of
individualism.
What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?
We will take the camera and tripod with us. All members of the group will be present
(Ben, Robyn and Lauren), as well as our artist Luna (Rose).
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?
Lots of people cutting in front of the camera, extra noise/disturbances, may not be able
to film in some areas and substances that could potentially cause damage to our
equipment.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be
planned for?
No, there is no water present at any of our locations that would cause significant
damage.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?
People who don't wish to be filmed- we will ask their permission beforehand and get
their written consent.
They could potentially damage some of our equipment, props, etc.
They may be rude or violent towards us.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?
Everyone is responsible for each piece of equipment they use in the scene, so they will
carry it from different locations.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?
The equipment will be locked away in the media store cupboard.
