Ano ang dapat gawin bago

• Huwag uminom o
gumamit ng mayroong
caffeine, alcohol or
tobacco 30 minuto bago
kuhain ang BP.
• Umihi bago kuhain
ang BP.
• Magpahinga ng 3
hanggang 5 minuto bago
kuhain ang BP.

ang cuff gamit ang rubber
bulb hanggang 30-40 na
mas madami sa dating BP.

ang sphygmomanometer
at hintayin na mawala
ang hangin sa cuff.
