The realty is, life is filled with uncertainty, always.
None of us really know anything, really. We still get up every day and we work hard, we learn, we grow, we share, we fall, we get up, we plan, we laugh, we cry, we love, we live.
Carry on.

New research shows that scheduling when you take breaks or switch tasks encourages creativity and helps you find more insightful answers to problems you are solving. When you're working on tasks that would benefit from creative thinking, consciously insert breaks to refresh your thinking.
Resilience Is About How You Recharge, Not How You EndurePRANAV MANDLIK
As for us, we’ve started using our plane time as a work-free zone, and thus time to dip into the recovery phase. The results have been fantastic. We are usually tired already by the time we get on a plane, and the cramped space and spotty internet connection make work more challenging. Now, instead of swimming upstream, we relax, meditate, sleep, watch movies, journal, or listen to entertaining podcasts. And when we get off the plane, instead of being depleted, we feel rejuvenated and ready to return to the performance zone.

A story of breaking free from our comfort zone!
Once there was a king who received a gift of two magnificent falcons from Arabia. He gave the precious birds to his head falconer to be trained.
Months passed and one day the head falconer informed the king that though one of the falcons was flying majestically, soaring high in the sky, the other bird had not moved from its branch since the day it had arrived.
Then, Ones In the morning, the king was thrilled to see the falcon soaring high above the palace gardens. He said to his court, “Bring me the doer of this miracle.”
The court quickly located the farmer, who came and stood before the king. The king asked him, “How did you make the falcon fly?”
With head bowed, the farmer said to the king, ” It was very easy, your highness. I simply cut the branch of the tree where the bird was sitting.”

The path to empowerment leadership doesn't begin when other people start to trust you. It begins when you start to trust yourself. To be a truly empowering leader, you need to take stock of where you wobble not only in your relationships with others but also in your relationship with yourself.
What makes an effective executive?
The measure of the executive, Peter F. Drucker reminds us, is the ability to "get the right things done." This usually involves doing what other people have overlooked as well as avoiding what is unproductive. Intelligence, imagination, and knowledge may all be wasted in an executive job without the acquired habits of mind that mold them into results.
Drucker identifies five practices essential to business effectiveness that can, and must, be learned: Managing time Choosing what to contribute to the organization Knowing where and how to mobilize strength for best effect Setting the right priorities Knitting all of them together with effective decision-making
Ranging widely through the annals of business and government, Peter F. Drucker demonstrates the distinctive skill of the executive and offers fresh insights into old and seemingly obvious business situations.
Peter Drucker is widely regarded as the father of modern management, offering penetrating insights into business that still resonate today. But Drucker also offers deep wisdom on how to manage our personal lives and how to become more effective leaders. In these two classic articles from Harvard Business Review, Drucker reveals the keys to becoming your own chief executive officer as well as a better leader of others. "Managing Oneself" identifies the probing questions you need to ask to gain the insights essential for taking charge of your career,

The case study discusses the potential of drone delivery and the challenges that need to be addressed before it becomes widespread.
Key takeaways:
Drone delivery is in its early stages: Amazon's trial in the UK demonstrates the potential for faster deliveries, but it's still limited by regulations and technology.
Regulations are a major hurdle: Safety concerns around drone collisions with airplanes and people have led to restrictions on flight height and location.
Other challenges exist: Who will use drone delivery the most? Is it cost-effective compared to traditional delivery trucks?
Discussion questions:
Managerial challenges: Integrating drones requires planning for new infrastructure, training staff, and navigating regulations. There are also marketing and recruitment considerations specific to this technology.
External forces vary by country: Regulations, consumer acceptance, and infrastructure all differ between countries.
Demographics matter: Younger generations might be more receptive to drone delivery, while older populations might have concerns.
Stakeholders for Amazon: Customers, regulators, aviation authorities, and competitors are all stakeholders. Regulators likely hold the greatest influence as they determine the feasibility of drone delivery.

Don’t Let Uncertainty Paralyze You
by Nathan Furr, 15 April 2020

Many people go through a state of unproductive uncertainty,
but some can see their ways through such moments positively.
This article talks about some points which were noticed, that
can help to develop own uncertainty capabilities.
1. Lets see bigger picture when we surrounded by such
unproductive uncertainty.
2. Broader mindset can change the discomfort of unproductive
uncertainty.
3. Think in terms of possibilities, not binary outcomes.
4. Possibilities always exist no matter what kind of situation
you are dealing with it
3. How can be Implement at an organization or
Individual level.
There are so many sources of stress and uncertainty. But ill
discuss current situation which is Covid 19-Pendamic.
So we all are in anxiety that when our cinema will open?, what
will be our salary in coming days?, there will be a recession
but we have to see bigger picture than this like we have time to
breath and time to think out of the box to develop ourselves
and our brand.
As broader mindset we are reaching customer with social
media, SMS and Calls. At same time we are strengthening our
Process through training.
