Financing:
Further to our news release of September 1, 2016 whereby the Company proposed a private placement of 2.0 million shares at a price of $0.06 per share with 2.0 million transferable warrants attached at a price of $0.10 per share if exercised within the first year and at a price of $0.15 per share if exercised within the second year; the Company has received acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) to proceed with closing the first tranche of the financing.
The Company has therefore issued 1,525,000 units in the first tranche for gross proceed of $91,500. The Company will use the funds to continue maintenance of the Swamp Point North aggregate project and for working capital. The shares and warrants have a hold period until January 21, 2017. Finder’s fee of $960 cash was paid, and 16,000 warrants were issued to PI Financial Corp. Finder’s fees of $3,120 cash was also paid to two other finders’.
The Company is continuing to receive subscriptions for the second tranche of the private placement.

Vancouver, B.C. – December 1, 2016 - Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSX.V –“HBK”), (the “Company”).

TransCanada’s PRGT signs deal with Gitxsan chiefs – November 29, 2016 Project details can

PGRT is proposing to construct and operate a 900-kilometre natural gas pipeline to deliver natural
gas from a point near Hudson’s Hope to the proposed Pacific NorthWest LNG facility at Lelu
Island, off the coast of Port Edward, near Prince Rupert.
TransCanada Corp’s Prince Rupert Gas Transmission project (PRGT) has signed a project
agreement with 12 hereditary chiefs of the Gitxsan Nation. The hereditary chiefs each represent a
Wilp (house group) whose territory is affected by the project route.
“This agreement is the product of our engagement with the Gitxsan hereditary leadership. This
comprehensive agreement provides long-term economic benefits, jobs, contracting opportunities
and information sharing throughout the life of the project,” said Tony Palmer, President of PRGT.
PRGT has now announced 13 project agreements executed with First Nations in B.C. They
include: Blueberry River First Nations, Doig River, Gitanyow, Halfway River, Kitselas First
Nations, Lake Babine Nation, McLeod Lake Indian Band, Metlakatla First Nation, Nisga’s Lisims
Government, Takla Lake First Nation, Tl’azt’en Nation and Yekooche First Nation.
Aurora LNG Submits Environmental Assessment Certificate Application –November 25,
2016 – The Aurora LNG Fall/Winter 2016 Community Matters Newsletter as further detailed on

Animation to learn more about the Aurora LNG Project and the LNG Process – from the cooling
phase to LNG Marine Transport.
Aurora LNG* has formally submitted its Environmental Assessment Certificate application to
the BC Environmental Assessment Office (BC EAO), marking a major milestone for the proposed
project to be situated on Digby Island, west of Prince Rupert.
“We are very pleased to have completed all the necessary studies and analysis as outlined in the
Application Information Requirements,” says Andrew Hamilton, General Manager, Surface
Development for Aurora LNG.
2. *Aurora LNG is a joint venture between Nexen and IGBC. Nexen Energy ULC (a CNOOC
Limited company). CNOOC Limited is one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies- a

Calgary-based AltaGas has given the green light to construction of a propane extraction plant in
northeastern BC that would supply its proposed export terminal at Prince Rupert.
The North Pine processing facility will be located 40 km northwest of Fort St. John. Site
preparation for the first phase is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2017. The plan also
includes two supply pipelines, each 40 km long, from an existing Alaska Highway truck terminal.
Earlier this week, the National Energy Board granted AtlaGas a 25-year licence to export up to
1.35 million tonnes of propane a year.

The Canadian government approved the C$1.3 billion expansion of a natural gas gathering
pipeline in western Canada belonging to a wholly owned subsidiary of TransCanada Corp.
(TRP.TO). The NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) expansion project will create up to 3,000
jobs during construction and involve building and operating new gas pipeline facilities, the
Natural Resources Canada ministry said in a statement.
The NGTL System is one of the largest in North America and gathers natural gas from the fast-
growing Montney and Duvernay shale plays in northern Alberta and northeastern British
Columbia.
