This children's theatre production called The Paper Circus will run from May 2-9 at the HB Thom Theatre. Tickets are R40 and the show runs 75-95 minutes with no age restrictions. A faded ringmaster searches for a circus and uses a blank piece of paper to magically create through mime, dance, puppetry and masks a world of illusion and wonder for children and adults to explore. Hands-on paper craft activities will follow each show.

and sound effects, The Paper Circus will ignite the rich imagination of any child (and willing
adult), inviting a journey through extraordinary landscapes with intricate objects to meet
furtive and fabulous creatures. Conceptualised and directed by Samantha Prigge-Pienaar in
collaboration with the cast . Guided paper craft activities (masks and origami) and
interactions with the cast of characters will take place after each show but bookings are
essential.
