I like both of the trailers I think they are good as they don’t give
too much of the story line away. The music adds suspense to the
trailer so it keeps you wanting to know what is going to happen
this is good as it makes people watch the programme to find out
what it is about. After a successful series one there are
references to it in the trailer to series two this is good as people
will watch as they know that series one was really good.

I think this trailer is good as it doesn’t give away the whole
story however the little story line that you do see grips you.
It tells you all the information like channel the programme is
going to be shown on. It also shows the main actors and
actresses this is important because some people base
what they watch on who is in it.

I think this trailer is good as it keeps you on the edge of your
seat and you want to know what is happening in the trailer it also
gives you all the information you need and shows the main stars
in the programme. It doesn’t give too much of the story line away
but you do know what genre the programme is.
• I am going to do a crime drama trailer video however I am also going
to make a poster to advertise it. I am currently using the title as 48
hrs and counting however I may choose to change this. My genre is
crime and I will use dramatic music throughout the trailer. My film is
going to be about a murderer who kills people every 48 hours and
goes through a list of people at the company they pick someone at
random from a alphabetical list of there surnames. They do this as
there mum and dad run the business and they abandoned them at
birth It is up to a detective to find out who this is before too many
people die my poster will include things relevant to the investigation
like finger prints blood and guns. I will make sure my poster and my
trailer includes information on the crime drama for example what
channel it will be shown on and when it is coming out. My audie3nce
will be adults and teenagers I think this is a suitable audience as I
don’t want to scare little children about murder. My trailer will last
about 1 and a half minutes I choose this length as I don’t want to give
everything away about what is going to happen. I will make sure in
the end the murderer gets caught as I don’t want to sent the
message out that you can get away with murder. I will also ask the
parent of all the under 18s parents that I film.
