HappyFiit brand presentation

Editor's Notes

  1. This is the brand presentation of the Happyfiit project.
  2. Imagine that your are running your regular 10K practice. You normally do it in about 60 minutes, which, if you do, it’s pretty good by the way.
  3. This time around, you feel in a better shape and you get to complete your practice in only 55 minutes. This is a significant better time and a personal record for you.
  4. You are getting no appraisal, well maybe a few “likes” on facebook Your running application that you are using on your cell phone doesn’t get any income out of your success Your sports retailer who sold your gear to you, doesn’t get any more sales
  5. Let’s now take an alternative approach, the Happyfiit approach: as soon as you finish, a reward will appear through a pop-up box communicating a relevant and very attractive offer that you can redeem either online or at a brick-and-mortar store. For example, a -30% discount at the latest adidas running shoes!
  6. This way, HappyFiit creates a win-win chain of events from which everybody is getting something: + users: discount in hot and relevant sports gear + apps: loyalty program and fee + HappyFiit: fee for every redeemed coupon, which means that if the consumer doesn’t make any purchase nobody is getting paid. + brands: a targeted sale to an engaged consumer
  7. And since we used running as our main example, let me stress that Happyfiit aims to have rewards for all sports and fitness programs there is an app for. To note, there are more than 100K health and fitness apps worldwide and this number is increasing by +60% every year. As for the sports industry, we are talking about millions of euros with dozens of brands in dozens of sports and fitness activities.
  8. Talking about sports, you need a team. And we have a well-balanced team with 3 IT-oriented people and 1 business person. This is me by the way. And half of the time I don't know what they are talking about but I do know they are doing a fantastic job. What I also do know is about sports industry as I used to work as the Marketing Manager of PUMA.
  9. So far, we have completed our MVP and we have launched our first pilot in Greece by partnering with Run Track, a local sports retailer and adidas! We cashed in our first coupons…and there are more to come.
  10. We are becoming a new direct marketing channel with strong organic growth and access to millions of athletes. To note, the turnover depicted is the product of coupons distributed and 5% redemption rate. Now, 15K as a funding is a great chunk of money that will really help us. What we actually need so as to achieve critical mass is 50K though, so please cheap in some more…crowdfunding campaign starts at the end of the Squeeze!
