Work History
Freeze Factory - Farnworth October 2015- Present
While working at Freeze Factory, i put new stock out and made sure all the freezers and shelves
were tidy and to a good standard. I also served customers and took card transactions. This role in
this job has gave me even more passion to work in retail and working with the public as well as
increasing my thrive for responsibility.
Volunteer April 2013 to May 2014
PDSA Charity – Farnworth
As a volunteer I welcomed customers and helped them locate items and gave asked advice on clothing
items. I stocked and replenished merchandise according to shop merchandising layouts and took
customer donations. I also priced merchandise and stocked shelves. I took part in upcoming events and
alerted customers of upcoming sales events and promotions. I operated at the electronic cash register
for cash, cheques and credit card transactions with 100% accuracy. I used my time efficiently when not
serving customers; including picking any items up off the floor, cleaning the changing room and making
sure the shop shelves were to a good standard. When speaking to customers I kept a professional
manner and helped out and answered any questions but I also made sure I was approachable at all
times. This role as a volunteer and all the responsibilities with the public gave me great confidence and
made me develop a passion for customer services.
Work Experience
Pets at Home: Bolton October 2015
During my work experience i replenished the stock based on the layout of the shop, I also worked
with other member of the staff to set up seasonal stock on the layouts that were on a plan,
Darley House Veterinary Centre July 2014
During my work experience at Darley House, I assisted the veterinary surgeon in day to day duties. I had
the opportunity to witness operations, and clinical observations. I was given the chance to take the
temperature of a dog, and listen to his heartbeat.

Hobbies and Interests
During my spare time I enjoy shopping for clothes and makeup and looking around the various retail
shops I also like to spend my time listening to music and watching films while making time for family,
friends and my animals.
