This document summarizes information on 3 patients seen by the hand team. The first was a 58-year-old Chinese woman who suffered a closed fracture of her left radial head from falling while closing a gate. She underwent an open reduction and plating procedure. The second was a 43-year-old Malay woman who sustained a closed fracture of her left scaphoid waist from a motor vehicle accident, and had an arthroscopic assisted screw fixation. The third was a 30-year-old Malay woman who fractured her left distal radius in a motorbike accident and underwent an open reduction and internal fixation.

• U/L htn and dyslipidemia
• Alleged trauma on 4/7/23 Pt lost balance while closing house gate
on her way to work
• Dx: Closed fracture of left radial head
• Op: Open reduction and plating of left radial head

5. • 43 years old, malay, female
• U/L bronchial asthma
• Alleged MVA (MB vs MB) on 22/6/23
• Dx: close fracture of Left scaphoid waist with scapholunate
dissociation
• Op: arthroscopic assisted screw fixation left scaphoid and dorsal
capsulodesis left wrist

• Alleged mva (mb rider) on 5/7/2023
• Dx: close left comminuted distal end radius fracture
• Op: open reduction and internal fixation of left distal end radius
