I have wide experience in Human Molecular Genetics for the last 2 years. During the course of my
studies from M. Phil degrees, I have worked on wide spectrum of Human Genetic disorders in
Human Molecular Genetics laboratory, Kohat University Science and Technology, Kohat and also
work on HCV, HBV (Quantitive and Qualitative) test in Real time PCR diagnostic and research
lab Peshawar. I did Genetic screening of different inherited families through homozygosity
mapping by Polymerase Chain Reaction, Gel Electrophoresis and Mutation screening with the help
of Beckmann Coulter 8800, ABI 310 and ABI 3500 instruments, whole genome scan using
microsatellite markers through Non denaturing Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE).
One year teaching experience as NIP lecturer and taught 1st and 2nd year biology at higher
secondary school in 2014-2013.
Six months experience of PCR lab, at Real time PCR diagnostic and research lab Dabgri garden,
Peshawar.
