This document discusses HAARP and claims it is a weapon that can trigger natural disasters like earthquakes and flooding through manipulating weather patterns and the ionosphere. 5. HOW DOES IT WORK?????
• By sending rays into the sky with high
frequency
• Which will be reflected back to the ionosphere
with extremely low frequency called ELF
waves.
• This change of waves creates a dangerous
weapon

6. IRAN Earthquake!
• There was news about HAARP
being turned on at the same
time that the terror color alert
was issued. The next day Iran
was hit by a major earthquake
which killed 5000-6000 people

7. JAPAN Earthquake!!

before the massive earthquake and tsunami struck

9. PAKISTAN Floods
• No warnings alarms before Pakistan was flooded
with major rainstorm.
• Flooding was 10 to 15 times more than average.
• A jet stream was moved across Pakistan.
• The fast moving jet streams across Pakistan are
sucking up the arm and wet monsoon air faster and
higher into the atmosphere and it is said this has
caused the intense rain falls

10. SOMERSET flooding- UK
• The Somerset flooding is said to a punishment for the gay
marriage and EU
• But nobody saw the satellite images of HAARP UK facility in
Aberystwyth
• The facility is just outside Aberystwyth in Wales covering
several acres with arrays that send up microwaves into the
stratosphere and warm up the upper air to disturb our normal
weather pattern.
• Combined with the "chemtrails" that we have seen all over
the UK for the last several years which contain metal particles
that react to the magnetic waves produced by the HAARP
facility to cause massive rainfall, high winds and even
earthquakes.
