This document provides guidelines on myocardial revascularization from the Task Force on Myocardial Revascularization of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS). It was developed with contributions from the European Association for Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions. The guidelines include recommendations on the use of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) for various coronary artery disease presentations based on the latest clinical evidence.
