The impression must be taken in silicone or polyether, with
materials with dimensional stability.
NB: The Optical Scan protoco, is not a choice if:
there are many metal components (crowns o bridges, metal fillings
etc.
the numbers of remaining teeth is low (3 or fewer)
In this cases we have to do the Radiographic Guide.

7. The Radioggraphic Guide is made with orthodontic resin or similar
materials with special landmarks (guttaperca , marker, glass beads,
etc) positioned inside or outside.

diameter smaller than 1,5mm.
Prosthesis must have an adequate fitting.
