This document provides guidance on conducting a school budget consultation for 2024. It outlines the following key steps: 1. Consult internal and external stakeholders including teachers, administrators, PTA, and LGU to be transparent in the budget process. 2. Review the current year budget, school improvement plan, and learning continuity plan to identify programs, activities, and projects for 2024. Identify needed items and their costs. 3. Allocate the budget according to priorities such as GAD, mandatory expenses, supplies, travel, training, priority programs, and repair/maintenance done in consultation with the Division Engineer.
