¿Qué es el MOBBING?
El acoso laboral o acoso moral en el trabajo, conocido comúnmente a través del término inglés mobbing ("asediar, acosar, acorralar en grupo"), es tanto la acción de un hostigador u hostigadores conducente a producir miedo, terror, desprecio o desánimo en el trabajador afectado hacia su trabajo, como el efecto o la enfermedad que produce en el trabajador. Esta persona o grupo de personas reciben una violencia psicológica injustificada a través de actos negativos y hostiles dentro o fuera del trabajo por parte de grupos sociales externos, de sus compañeros ("acoso horizontal", entre iguales), de sus subalternos (en sentido vertical ascendente) o de sus superiores (en sentido vertical descendente, también llamado bossing, del inglés boss, jefe). Dicha violencia psicológica se produce de forma sistemática y recurrente durante un tiempo prolongado, a lo largo de semanas, meses e incluso años, y a la misma en ocasiones se añaden "accidentes fortuitos" y hasta agresiones físicas, en los casos más graves.
¿Cómo se da el Mobbing?
El Mobbing se ocasiona cuando un compañero de trabajo o de negocios provoca el tan conocido y famoso “Bullying Escolar”, pero en este caso eso lo proporcionan ya personas adultas en los trabajos.
Puede ser provocada por que la persona es diferente o comparte diferentes gustos hacia una cosa en especifico.
En ciertos casos el “Mobbing” es ocasionado por el mismo jefe de la empresa o del trabajo ya que este le grita al empleado o lo humilla enfrente de todos sus demás compañeros.
¿Cuándo se ocasiona el MOBBING?
El Mobbing se ocasiona en cualquier lugar de trabajo, desde una oficina a una compañía muy grande.
Este fenómeno ha sonado muy fuerte durante todo este siglo XXI dado a las redes sociales y a todos los nuevos avances de la tecnología.

Abstract— The verbal behaviour of persons with special educational needs features delayed speech evolution compared to normally developed persons. In the speech therapy process for children with SEN, it is necessary to delimit strictly the objectives proposed, the responsibilities for each factor involved, and the corresponding priorities. The paper focuses on the importance and necessity of speech therapy activities, conducted for students with special educational needs. Speech therapy activities are based on a systematic process of learning or re-learning correct language structures, of gradually consolidating these structures in current speech. There is no typical model in the education of disabled children, because any proposition is first defined by a team, in an attempt to understand the child’s needs, the family’s availability, and the assistance service functioning.
