This document outlines the objectives and requirements for a group project. Students will be assigned to groups of 10 and must organize and execute an activity or event on campus. Examples of project topics include youth organizations, education, the environment, health, poverty/hunger, and patriotism. The project has three components: executing the project activity, a reflective report, and a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation. Groups must submit proposal and member details forms by the specified due dates. The project aims to develop students' leadership, presentation, teamwork, communication and other skills.

GROUP PROJECT BRIEF
A. OBJECTIVES:
1. To acquire skills in conducting a group project
2. To assess student’s ability on various skills such as leadership skills, presentation skills,
team building, communication, etc.
3. To train students, in fact finding, effective analyzing, coordinating, executing, organizing
and leading the project.
B. GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. The project should be done in a group of 10 students conducting an activity/event on
campus.
2. Each group is required to fill in the group’s details form on the last page of this
assignment guideline and submit it to the instructor. All members are expected to
engage & participate in group discussions actively.
3. Students are required to organize a project in Taylor’s University. Nature of project:
i. Youth Organisation
ii. Education
iii. Environment
iv. Health
v. Poverty and hunger
vi. Patriotism
vii. Crime and Violence
Selection of topic is entirely up to the group choice. Once a topic is taken, other groups
are not allowed to work on the same topic.
4. This assignment is divided into three components:-
a. Project : Students are required to spend 5 HOURS campaign (10-3pm)
c. Reflective Report: students are to prepare a report on their project. The report should
contain a write up on their activities, share their feelings and opinions and attach relevant
photographs.

d. Power point presentation: Each group is required to prepare a 10 minutes PowerPoint
presentation containing some photos and brief explanation on their project. PowerPoint and
presentation skills will be evaluated in this part.
