The group decided to create a group chat to organize ideas and discuss plans as not everyone can always meet in person. A group chat allows them to communicate when apart and help each other even when at home. It also helps when filming to easily contact and locate members instead of searching for people individually. A group chat provides convenience by allowing the group to communicate as a whole.

1. Scene’s Productions group chat:
As a group, we decided that a group chat would be
essential due to the fact that we organise and discuss
group ideas though messages. This is important because
we don’t have to be together at the same moment of time
which would allow us to speak to one another when we
aren’t together, this would help us when everyone is at
home and one individual may need help on a post and a
group chat would make it much easier to communicate
with each other. A group chat would also benefit us when
we filming, this is because if we don’t know where every
individual is in the group and we need to start filming
immediately, we can contact them very easily and find
where they are. A group chat has many benefits for a
group, this is important because instead of contacting
people individually it will be more convenient for every
member in the group if we contact the group as one whole
group and this will also help us in the future.
