• What Is Abuse?
o Abuse can be physical, sexual, emotional,
verbal, or a combination of any or all of these.
• Physical abuse:
o Easily recognized form of abuse.
o Can be any kind of hitting, shaking, burning, and
other actions that cause physical injury, leave
marks, or cause pain.
• Sexual abuse:

member, this is called incest.
• Emotional abuse:
o Emotional abuse can hurt and cause damage just
as physical abuse does.

• BBFC stands for ‘The British Board of Film Classification’
• It is not a government organisation and was founded by the
film industry.
• They are responsible for the classification of films in UK.
• They start classifying films in cinema in 1912.
• Start classifying videos and DVDs ever since the Video
Recordings Act in 1984.
