This document outlines an incentive bonus structure for recruiters, human capitalists, headhunters, and CEOs (RHHC) based on the gross first-year salary of candidates they place. The bonus ranges from 0-15% of the salary above $25,000, following a tiered formula based on salary brackets. Mike Marty agrees to pay the calculated bonus to RHHC at the end of a candidate's first successful year of employment or on a pro-rated basis.

I, Mike Marty, will pay RHHC at the end of the first year of successful employment (or pro-rated by
number of weeks, out of 52, successfully recompensed) the bonus amount as calculated above. Gross
first-year salary encompasses all gross income which includes salary, bonuses, value of end-of-year stock
options, etc. A more formal contract of this arrangement will be drawn up at the commencement of any
respective employment situation.
