I, Mike Marty, will pay RHHC at the end of the first year of successful employment (or pro-rated by
number of weeks, out of 52, successfully recompensed) the bonus amount as calculated above. Gross
first-year salary encompasses all gross income which includes salary, bonuses, value of end-of-year stock
options, etc. A more formal contract of this arrangement will be drawn up at the commencement of any
respective employment situation.
