• Bring Day 1 compensation inline with market competitors so we can
compete for top talent
• Significant Day 1 hourly rate increases for customer facing teams
across the board
• Day 1 Benefits now provided
• Create career pathing opportunities internally by:
• Advancement into leadership positions
• Technical movement from Inbound Support to Hosting, SSL, etc…
• Results in logical steps for our people in C3 compensation structures

Agents – Receive the higher of SFPR raise or the following:
• Inbound Support, Billing, CDT: to a minimum of $15.00 or
• Tenure: Agents w/2+ years to $15.50
• Tenure: Agents w/4+ years to $16.00
• Spanish Bilingual (still receive $1.00 shift diff: to a minimum of $15.00 or
• Tenure: Agents w/2+ years to $15.50
• Tenure: Agents w/4+ years to $16.00
• Hosting Support / SSL-HE: to a minimum of $18.00
Sups – Sups across the above mentioned departments will receive the higher
of SFPR raise or $20.00/hour.
