Jan E. Grisham has over 25 years of experience in education. She holds a doctorate in reading from Texas Woman's University and masters in curriculum and instruction from Houston Baptist University. Currently she works as a Reading Recovery Teacher Leader in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where she oversees the district's Reading Recovery program, provides teacher training, and teaches students. She has held various roles focused on literacy, including as a literacy coach and coordinator of Title I and reading programs.
