Grief and bereavement are difficult emotions experienced after the death of a loved one. The loss of a close family member or friend can cause intense feelings of sadness, anger, and stress as one comes to terms with their absence. It is a normal process to feel grief, and while painful, working through these emotions is an important part of healing.
