It’s proven its value helping to double and triple the dropoffs.We have published 3 printed editions Printing was ab Design was started by intern, completed by professional, took longer and more $ than expected. Printing costs about 25 cents per map at Brooklyn’s Rolling Press. Distribution at events, Greenmarkets, etc was low- cost. We have just a few copies left and no plan to reprint at this time
- 13. We now have an interactive citywide Compost Green at OpenGreenMap.org/compostnyc Even with a digital map, we can involve diverse community members, such as Grow Together attendees, who added 22 sites to a big printout!

- 15. Each site can be assessed, illustrated, translated, commented on and shared by the public
