Improved Guest Satisfaction 66%of guests said they were aware of their hotel's conservation efforts; and 72%  said they participated in their hotel's conservation programs during their stay. Improved Guest Satisfaction 66%of guests said they were aware of their hotel's conservation efforts; and 72% said they participated in their hotel's conservation programs during their stay.
