2. NSEL Crisis
National Spot Exchange Limited (NSEL) crisis came to light
on 31st July 2013
When the exchange was forced to suspend all of its trading
contracts
After the payment crisis Regulatory Body, Investigation
Agencies & NSEL had declared 24 members as NSEL
Defaulters
3. Whom are Vested Interest Group
Targeting ?
Economic Offences Wings (EOW) & Enforcement Directorate
(ED) have already established money trail against these 24
defaulters
NSEL, investigating agencies & genuine traders are standing
united in pursuing recovery from defaulters
While the vested interest groups are trying to divert attention from
the recovery effort
And they are continuously targeting the agencies, media journalist
& editors, judiciary & government officials
4. Investors or so-called Trading Clients
These acts of vandalism are led by highly qualified traders
Who actually traded in greed through leading broking firms
with best legal & compliance department
They trader under a client-broker agreement
Now these greedy traders are blaming everyone else except
their own greed
5. Online Vandals Causing Hindrances
Such acts of vandalism cause procedural hurdles like:
• In the case of settlement of e-series contracts where more than
40,000 investors suffered, and
• Seven month delay because of a writ petition filed in Bombay High
Court by these vandals
The same vested interest groups are now obstructing the
investigation agencies such as EOW, ED & CBI from taking
action on defaulters
6. Judge for yourself the character and
credibility of Greedy Online Vandals
7. Trading Groups
Such malicious campaign led by individuals who are self
proclaimed leaders of trading groups such as:
• NSEL Investors Forum (NIF)
• NSEL Aggrieved And Recovery Association (NAARA)
• NSEL Investor Action Group (NIAG)
They think they are above all
8. Greedy Traders should be investigated
These greedy traders are not disclosing their source of
funding
They are not concealing their KYC details
Such non-transparency screams for an investigation
Are these individuals & associations funded by NSEL
Defaulters or Brokers with mala fide intentions?
9. Conclusion
It is time to question the credibility & character of
greedy online vandals who are misusing social media
to obstruct and derail the path to justice for their
selfish end
