From Toilet to CupWhere did it come from Grandma?Where does it go Grandma?
Have you ever thought about it?Grandma, I poo!Where’d it go?
From our house to the streetIt’s in there Boogie! It’s called the sewer!
From The Sewer it goes to the ponds. You can’t swim in these ponds. They smash your poo here and clean it with bugs and plants.
Out of the ponds! And into the desert!
But we still can’t drink it Boogie!
This water is all ready used and mostly cleaned. This water is on its way to the lake
Lake Las Vegas Is where the water is collected before it goes to Lake Mead
This is Lake Mead
From Lake Mead Water is pumped to…
This water treatment plant
Or even to this plant
They get it ready to drinkThen send it to us
The water is pumped up the hill from the treatment plant
To a water tower like thisand into pipes that go to our house
So now we can turn on the faucet
And get a drink
Yes boogie for you and Miranda
That sure was a long day for Boogie and Miranda, and Grandma too.!
Grandma has had a hard day too,Good night girls
