B.1 Academic Week Activities

• To assist the Academic Coordinator in
drafting and finalizing guidelines for all

assigned to various academic activities.

• To draft and or review existing
criteria/mechanics of performance-based
academic activities.
Members:
• To follow up with students and conduct
rehearsals or finalization of outputs.

supplier.
• To propose individual ticket pricing.
• To follow up on the installation of rides
with the supplier.

Member 1:
• To receive money from ticket sales.
• To sell extra tickets for walk-in buyers.
• To collect payments for tickets from
different classes
• To provide rental payment to the
supplier.
Members 2:
• To communicate with the chairperson
and co-chairperson about the duties
related to the collection, reception, and
accommodation of students at the rides’
venue.
• To stay at the venue based on the allotted
schedule of duty.
B.3 Logistics, Parabolic Tents, Booths, and
Venues

• To give final instructions to the Members
for the installation of materials.
Co-chairperson:
• To identify areas for the set-up of
parabolic tents and booths.
• To design landmarks and assign classes
in parabolic tents.
• To request available monoblock chairs
for identified classes that need chairs for
the selling of goods, food, and beverages.
• To print labels of assigned classes.
Members:
• To prepare booths.
• To install parabolic tents.
• To prepare and provide monoblock chairs
and tables as requested.
• To clean the areas after the installation.

• To welcome and monitor alumni and
outsiders.

• To remind students of attendance and
proper behavior inside the campus.

• To prepare the clinic in case of an
emergency.
• To request the set-up of a health booth
when necessary.

B.6 Solid Waste Management

photos of the areas of responsibility.
• To sign the exit form after the afternoon
assembly.

• To take photos of the AO periodically
and send them to the advisers’ group
chat.
• To give updates to co-chairpersons.
