PRAYER
Lord, I seek Your forgiveness and healing. Help me to release the weight
of guilt and shame that I carry. Grant me the strength to learn from my
mistakes and to grow into a better person. May Your boundless love and
grace wash over me, renewing my spirit and granting me the peace that
comes from knowing I am forgiven.

Editor's Notes
After the letter writing… let the students form a big circle inside the classroom. Set their mood by doing the deep breathing exercise.
Do the deep breathing exercise for 1, 2, 3, (3x2)
In this part, there is a box in the middle where they can put the teared paper (one at a time) (with background music—next slide) as a sign that they are freeing themselves from the burden of their unfavorable thoughts and emotions.
After the activity, students will go back to their proper seating position, and they will write a letter of gratitude for their father or parents. Then the teacher will ask them to paste it in their journal or collect it and give it to their fathers or parents during the showing of the card.
