Procedure of Business
• We will start the academy in a small area but will bring about best
coaches and trainees from the city
• Coaches and Trainees will be the main highlight of our academy in
the beginning since our academy will not only teach students how
to play basketball but to train them to be the best

8
CONTINUED…
• We will require a proper basketball court that will be started in a
rented accommodation and the fees charged from the students
will be used as source of income
• The business will develop slowly but once it starts, will try to
bring best basketball players from across the globe

9
CONTNUED..
• This source of fund will be used to pay the salaries of coaches and
rent of the building
• We will try to collaborate with different schools so as to start the
training of skilled basketball players as soon as possible

10
Strategy
• Target the schools by merging
• Use word of mouth as source of promotion technique among
players
• Will not compromise on standard of training at the academy
• Once the academy promotion is done, will diversify to open other
branches so that other parts of the city are also covered

11
CONTINUED..
• Since government itself is promoting basketball, they can further
help in development of academy
• There is not much competition and basketball is a growing sport
• We can set the price high in the beginning and use skimming off
pricing strategy and later on decrease the price to promote the
academy in rural areas
