Sahab attended a tax justice demonstration in Myanmar but thought it could have been done better. Using a planning tool called Campaign Star on the Global Change Lab website, she was able to develop a new plan for a demonstration. The tool asked reflective questions to help her create the plan. She submitted it for feedback from other users. Sahab also signed up for an upcoming activist skills meetup on Twitter before leaving the website, feeling prepared to make a difference with her new demonstration plan.

Agile Gurugram 2019 Conference | Playing to Win “Gamification to improve agil...AgileNetwork
Session Title : Playing to Win “Gamification to improve agility and innovation”
Session Overview : The digital revolution has brought massive changes in technology advancement. Organizations are now exploring innovative and often fundamental changes in their business processes to incorporate digital solutions. This process, coined as digital transformation, is a change that companies should explore in order to remain competitive in the digital economy.
According to MIT SLOAN there are three pillars, each with three other elements for digital transformation: customer experience, operational processes and business models. These nine areas are the building blocks for digital transformation. Some common challenges of digital transformation include changing culture and perception, resources, and communication. For large organizations, this transition can be slow, which is can be detrimental.
Leading this digital change requires managers to have a vision of how to transform their company for a digital world. Gamification is a process of integrating game mechanics into a traditional medium, such as a website, training program, or product, to engage users to help solve or drive a business goal.
Can we as project managers achieve the three goals of digital transformation - customer experience, operational processes and business models through gamification? Can gamification help us to address the top challenges with digital transformation? Last but not the least can gamification propel digital transformation ?

As part of the Social Life of Cities collaborative, we are working the University of Chicago, Cisco and McCaffery Interests to create new ways to use digital technology to help people feel safer in Chicago's south side. In our first workshops, in July 2012, we discussed what blocks and what boosts community resilience on the south side, and designed four propositions for new ways to use digital technology to tackle these issues. Our second workshops, a year later in July 2013, focused on one idea: "Team Approach to Violence", TATV. We spent the day designing TATV, looking at how south sides use new technology and examaining the experiences of people from different ages and backgrounds. We will be working with our Chicago partners to pilot and evaluate the new approach. For info see www.social-life.co/project/tatv

Creating a Collaboration Culture by "Working Out Loud" @ The Learning 2019 Co...Adrian La Sala
There is a vast amount of knowledge and experience within our workforce, but people and therefore information often exist in silos. To break down these silos, many companies invest in tools, like enterprise social networks, that promise open communication and collaboration. But it takes more than tools to enable a digital transformation to a new way of working, it takes behavior change. Learn about our pilot to enable this behavior change with Office 365 by
• Applying a communication framework to SharePoint, Yammer, Stream, and Teams
• Getting leadership participation in the framework
• Running Working Out Loud Circles as a pilot to foster the behavior change needed

# Internet Security: Safeguarding Your Digital World
In the contemporary digital age, the internet is a cornerstone of our daily lives. It connects us to vast amounts of information, provides platforms for communication, enables commerce, and offers endless entertainment. However, with these conveniences come significant security challenges. Internet security is essential to protect our digital identities, sensitive data, and overall online experience. This comprehensive guide explores the multifaceted world of internet security, providing insights into its importance, common threats, and effective strategies to safeguard your digital world.
## Understanding Internet Security
Internet security encompasses the measures and protocols used to protect information, devices, and networks from unauthorized access, attacks, and damage. It involves a wide range of practices designed to safeguard data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Effective internet security is crucial for individuals, businesses, and governments alike, as cyber threats continue to evolve in complexity and scale.
### Key Components of Internet Security
1. **Confidentiality**: Ensuring that information is accessible only to those authorized to access it.
2. **Integrity**: Protecting information from being altered or tampered with by unauthorized parties.
3. **Availability**: Ensuring that authorized users have reliable access to information and resources when needed.
## Common Internet Security Threats
Cyber threats are numerous and constantly evolving. Understanding these threats is the first step in protecting against them. Some of the most common internet security threats include:
### Malware
Malware, or malicious software, is designed to harm, exploit, or otherwise compromise a device, network, or service. Common types of malware include:
- **Viruses**: Programs that attach themselves to legitimate software and replicate, spreading to other programs and files.
- **Worms**: Standalone malware that replicates itself to spread to other computers.
- **Trojan Horses**: Malicious software disguised as legitimate software.
- **Ransomware**: Malware that encrypts a user's files and demands a ransom for the decryption key.
- **Spyware**: Software that secretly monitors and collects user information.
### Phishing
Phishing is a social engineering attack that aims to steal sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details. Attackers often masquerade as trusted entities in email or other communication channels, tricking victims into providing their information.
### Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) Attacks
MitM attacks occur when an attacker intercepts and potentially alters communication between two parties without their knowledge. This can lead to the unauthorized acquisition of sensitive information.
### Denial-of-Service (DoS) and Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Attacks

Wireless communication is a broad term that incorporates all procedures and forms of connecting and communicating between two or more devices using a wireless signal through wireless communication technologies and devices.
Features of Wireless Communication
The evolution of wireless technology has brought many advancements with its effective features.
The transmitted distance can be anywhere between a few meters (for example, a television's remote control) and thousands of kilometers (for example, radio communication).

11. An activist, Sahab, was at a demonstration for Tax Justice in Yangon, Myanmar.
When she came home, she thought it could have been done differently but had no
idea where to start. She opened her phone and entered facebook. One of her friends
had just shared an update of something called a “Campaign Star - a planning tool for
changing the world through demonstrations”.
She pressed the link and was redirected to a place called Global Change Lab. Here
she entered the Campaign Star. The Campaign Star asked Sahab reflective questions
like “What is your audience for your demonstration?” and she entered the answer. It
was not easy to answer all questions but she could see what others like herself had
done and therefore found it easier.
When Sahab was done she was happy. Now she had a plan for the demonstration!
She decided to submit her Campaign Star so other lab peers could give her feedback
later.
Before leaving Global Change Lab she noted that other users had tried an activity
called "Best skills for an activist" and they would have a meetup on twitter in a week.
She signed up for the meetup and decided to do the activity next time she visited
Global Change Lab.
She closed facebook and looked up - now she had a demonstration to make!
