- A bill will not become law until it is signed by the president.
- Regulate interstate and foreign commerce
- Regulate the mail
- Levy and collect taxes
- They borrow money from other countries
- Raise and support armies other than USA

important to consider for future generations
The Covid-19 situation. Life needs to get back to normal.

5. Which do you believe is the most important of the 27
Amendments
The most important of the 27 Amendments is the 13th Amendment. Withought this I would still
be a slave. Life of Americans would not have evolved the way it did. The black community
participated in and made so many national and global accomplishments for the U.S. Freeing
slaves was the best decision ever made for the United States of America.

-State governments are responsible for the well-being of their people by administering
education, heath care, public safety, and other public service.
- Authority is divided between central and state governments and is derived from the people.
