1) In 6 months Google+ will integrate with other Google products.

2) Multiple administrators for brand pages coming in Q1 2012.

3) Viewing some circles and not others is probably coming as more
circle management tools are integrated.

4) To be a “verified” brand you need to put the G+ badge on your
website and a lot of followers. Google will do the rest.

5) Google isn't going to wait for a product to be fully baked before
releasing because if they did it would stifle innovation (that’s why
it's the Google+ project not product).

6) AdWords is coming to Google+ but monetizing is not a priority
now, will use Ripples.

7) 100% functionality is a main goal for mobile.

8) Mobile iPhone app doesn't have all Android functionality, but
Google will update iPhone after Android.

9) Social media was diluted in Google Reader to integrate with G+.

10) Search with a "+" Google to find pages or people.

11) Analytics are coming in 2012. But you can see +1 activity in

G+ page? Everyone uses Google. It makes sense.

If a person +1s a site or ad, display ads in the network associated with that URL will have a better chance of being displayed when their friend visits any page in the network — so long as all the advertiser’s targeting conditions are met. In a blog post, Google refers to it as an “extra boost.” So, in addition to bid price and quality score, robust +1 activity will be rewarded. And, although the auction boost applies only to the GDN for now, higher click-through activity generated by +1-ed ads will raise the account’s overall status with Google, perhaps influencing search ad auctions, as well. Eventually, +1s could more directly impact search ads.
