Golden K governed by Board of Directors(officers & 6 directors) and
meet monthly.
Division 11 of the Nebraska-Iowa District (10 clubs). Division Council
meets regularly with leadership provided by Division Lt. Governor.
Nebr.- Ia. District is governed by Board of Trustees. Leadership
provided by District Officers and Division Lt. Governors. District
convention each year in August.
Kiwanis International, a worldwide organization, governed by a board
of 20 trustees. It holds an annual convention each June or July.
