assured gift.
OFFER 1 – SCRATCH CARD
• Purchase refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners & microwave
ovens from 1-10-2014 to 24-10-2014 and get a scratch card free.
• The scratch card will be sent to the customer within 7 days from the date of
product delivery.
• Once you receive the scratch card, find the 8 digit alphanumeric unique
code hidden in the card and send it to 8082425533. Please follow the
format (GODFEST <space>8-Digit Unique Code<space>Dealer Name)
while sending the SMS.
• The customer will get a return SMS confirming the registration. The results
will be declared, based on selection of a mobile number through a Lucky
Draw and the winner will be informed via another SMS.
• The value of the daily lucky draw diamond jewellery win will vary from
Rs. 10,000, Rs. 20,000, Rs. 30,000 or Rs. 1,00,000 or Rs. 3 lakh based on
the random selection in the computer-based lucky draw system.
• Claiming the Gift: The customer has to retain the scratch card till he gets
the delivery of the winning gift. The customer shall furnish a copy of his/
her PAN card in original for collecting the gift. The date, venue and time of
collecting the gift will be communicated to the winner within maximum of
30 days from the closure of scheme.

• For dealers, customer choice is the most important factor.
• Consumers have a preference/loyalty towards particular brand of consumer
durables and are not ready to buy any other brand so easily.
• Dealer relationship is one of the most considerations followed by the After
Sales Services and Variety provided by the brand also plays a crucial role.
• Godrej though provides good services but it is not in line with its
competitors.
• Customers’ decisions are influenced by their level of income and price of
the product.
• The respondents who have used Godrej have a neutral response for it.
• LG and Samsung are presently the most preferred brands.
• Most of the respondents are well satisfied with the brands they are using
and will not purchase Godrej appliances in future.
• It is one of the most famous and reliable brand in the country. With a motto
