Scopus has released its 2013 Journal Metrics which provide alternative views of a journal's citation impact and are freely available online. The metrics include the Source Normalized Impact per Paper (SNIP) which measures contextual citation impact normalized for a journal's field, and the SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) which considers the prestige and reputation of citing journals in its ranking. Both metrics use Scopus citation data and were developed by external bibliometric groups. More details on the metrics and journal-level data can be found on the Journal Metrics website.
