The project aims to develop a methodology for training online teachers of Greek and other less commonly taught languages. The methodology involves a 3-phase tutor training technique combining face-to-face workshops, online training, and real online tutoring of B1-level students. A full online e-learning course for Greek B1 will also be developed and made available worldwide. Additionally, practice tests for the B1 certificate exams in Greek will be created and piloted by partners to promote the language.

servationofrealonlinecoursesandrealtutoringofstudentsofB1level.
AnotherimportantobjectiveoftheprojectisthepromotionoftheGreek
languageandthemultiplicationofthenumberofpeoplethatwillbeableto
learnGreekonline.
Inordertoachievethisobjective,afullonlinee-learningcourseisgoing
tobedevelopedfortheB1leveloftheGreeklanguagewhichwillbeopen
forstudentsallovertheworldwishingtocontinueonlinetheirstudyofthe
Greeklanguage.
Furthermore,oneofthemostdifficultandvaluablelessdisseminatedlan-
guageswillbepromotedfurtherandGreekwillbeachoicetolearnonline
whenlearnersdecideaboutthe“languageoftheirhearttolearn”,asthe
writerAminMaaloufsays.
