Glen Norris has over 20 years of experience managing conservation projects, infrastructure, and operations across remote reserves in Australia. He is currently the SA/WA Regional Manager for Bush Heritage Australia, where he leads conservation efforts and develops partnerships. Prior to this role, he held positions managing Bon Bon Station Reserve and developing asset management systems. He has extensive experience operating heavy machinery and managing civil construction, earthmoving, and utility projects.

Duties and responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement systems to assist with managing infrastructure and assets on
reserves, including:
o Assist with operational aspects of new reserve establishment, in particular
assessing the existing infrastructure prior to acquisition, researching and
proposing required changes, and planning and executing projects to amend
the existing infrastructure and procure additional items
o Work with Reserve Managers to assess asset and infrastructure requirements
for existing reserves and make recommendations accordingly, including the
renovation of existing infrastructure, purchase of new equipment, and
disposal of surplus assets
o Work with Reserve Managers to develop and maintain a program of asset
maintenance
o Maintain details of all assets and infrastructure in the Asset Register, including
asset condition, warranties, maintenance schedules, insurance values etc
• Assist Reserve Managers to develop operational procedure documentation for each
reserve
• Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to reserve management
operations, including:
o Upgrade Occupational Health and Safety procedures for reserves including
emergency procedures, risk assessment and JSAs.

Hilbert Constructions is a major contractor to public and private civil works across
