1. In Calendar, click New Appointment.
2. In the Subject box, type the subject.
3. In the Start time and End time lists, click the meeting start and end times. If
you check the All day event box, the event shows as a full 24-hour event, lasting
from midnight to midnight.
4. Click Scheduling Assistant.
5. Click Add Attendees.

4. 6. Type the recipients' names, email addresses, or resource names (separated by
semicolons) in the Required, Optional, or Resources boxes.
7. Click Add Rooms.
8. Select the name room from the list. Click Rooms to add the room, and then
click OK.
9. To send the meeting request, click Send.
10. Switch back to the Calendar to view the appointment.

13. 1. In Calendar, under Home tab select From Room List...
2. In the Search box, type Rooms
3. Select the name room that you want to see its schedule. Click Rooms to add
the room (can select all rooms), and then click OK.
4. Switch back to the Calendar to view the schedule. You'll see the meeting room
name has been added to Rooms group in the left navigation pane.
5. Click Schedule View and then choose a date to view the Meeting Room is
available for booking
6. You can select Day/ Work Week/ Week/ Month to view a summary of the
availability of all the rooms
