LMS is a very strong data analysis and data processing system. System has the import capability for importing large number of transaction
through CSV files. System imports more then 15 files in a day for different-different transaction displays. For processing the capital

option. System also capable to transmit file to other third parties location (FTP/UNC/web services). The LMS have been developed over
three modules, first of these containing the core cash-flow processing and system infrastructure and the second of these containing the

MERC is to handle the process of assembling data from 3rd
parties and using it in conjunction with locally stored rate information to
determine expected management fees for a specified period. This information is calculated at the sector/sub-sector/manager level and
then allocated across the investment options using an asset allocation based approach in order to derive an estimated and/or actual MER
for each option. The MERC has been developed as a standalone system with direct links to the RL and LMS for the purposes of sourcing
static data, fee rates, AAAs and Average NAVs. Accordingly no static data will be maintained in MERC. From a data entry standpoint, the
system will be developed to cater for electronic import where available (either via a manual browse approach or a more automated
FTP/UNC approach). Manual entry for actual manager fees paid will also be catered for. The system will be capable of storing and
retrieving historical MER calculations for the purposes of trend analysis and period to period comparisons. All calculations will be stored by
period, facilitating analysis of provisions across multiple periods if desired. We use Microsoft chart control for graphical presentation on
dashboard.

RL. The TPS is to handle the process of assembling data from JPMorgan (‘JPM’) and Superpartners (‘SP’) and analyzing it in order to
determine the taxation provision applicable for the current period. System is working on period basis user can create multiple views for data
analysis purpose in a period. Once this has been finalized, instructions are issued to effect unit prices. We also provide custom column adding
functionality for user to enter the adjustment value in the view displays. System has very strong capability of data comparison side by side view
for multiple displays at a time.

This application has created for an international client for calculating daily crediting rate. Software has electronic import functionality for
importing file received from third parties for crediting rete calculation processing. System also followed a very strong authorization process
and email notification functionality for the authorized users. After successful processing of crediting rates system generate some file for
other third parties and vender. Files are automatically send to the external sources through FTP/UNC/WEB service which is provided by
the third parties. This project is individually handle by me.
