Electrical Engineer/Assistant Manager (2012–Present)
Develop, operate, and maintain the electrical system for ammonia plant, urea plant,
sulphuric acid plant, phosphoric acid plant, captive power plant, gypsum pilot plant, water
treatment facility, ammonia importation and storage facility, and two streams of Di-
ammonium phosphate plants with my team of 5 Junior Engineers, 7 senior technicians and
5 technicians. Plan and organize major construction and preventive maintenance
projects—completed all projects on schedule and within budget.
 Successfully performed erection and commissioning of transformers, HT/LT panels,
HT/LT motors, steam-turbo generators, variable speed drives, power supply
systems, motorized dampers, battery banks, cabling, lighting, and grounding for new
phosphoric acid plant of 600 MT capacity.
 Successfully planned and executed all electrical maintenance activities with my
erection and maintenance team during Annual Turn around for four years.
 Worked on the erection of gypsum pilot plant and 6 ton boiler project. Designed
electrical SLD layout and lightning protection system. Also erected 13 LT motors for
the project.
 Installed, tested, and commissioned 2616 KVAR capacitor banks with series reactors
for power factor correction. Completed project 18 days ahead of schedule, with 80%
of allotted budget.
 Installed, tested, and implemented induction motor for ammonia boiler feed water
pump and FD fan.
 Tested, troubleshot, and maintained protection systems and programming of
SPACOM, MOTPRO, MICOM and RE series relays.
 Ensured compliance with government codes—obtained statutory approvals for all
installations, and acted as government liaison for plant manager.

3.  Upgraded plant safety by restructuring lightning protection system and developing,
installing, and testing four feeder protection relays. Improved communications
