  • 6. Bonbon Web page • As a landing page an attractive yet simple Bonbon website was created. The web site allows users to purchase online Bonbon SIM cards and prepaid vouchers. Web site points to social media, Twitter and Facebook, where the user gets all the information from customer support that is 'always awake'.
  • 7. Bonbon Facebook Fan Page • Central point of interaction between the users and Bonbon customer support. Real time customer support on social network is the first of this kind among mobile operators in Croatia. In the first week the page has reached 6.000 fans. Promotion of Facebook Fan Page has been realised through Social Ad campaign.
