7. What is Commercial Drone Flight?
Using a drone for any sort of business-related purposes for profit. Selling
photographs and video, or for your own use in house for example, would be
considered commercial use of a drone.

traditional methods such as airplanes and helicopters.
Drones are providing architecture, engineering, and construction

workforce and without replacing jobs.

Using drones for commercial applications has restrictions.
The FAA has issued requirements for using drones for
business purposes. Failure to follow these requirements
has significant consequences. Be sure to follow all state
and federal laws if you are considering using drones.
