The technical interview would involve making acquaintances, reviewing the candidate's CV, testing their technical knowledge through questions, and reviewing their coding skills by having them code a solution. Ivan emphasized being prepared to discuss each item on the CV in detail, demonstrating a strong base technical knowledge as well as knowledge of algorithms and theory, and writing code that follows standards and is readable and bug-free.
