This document describes a collaboration between Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas to transfer a role-playing educational activity to a virtual environment. Students from the two universities worked together to create virtual spaces to support the role-playing game. Undergraduate students from IFNTUOG participated in the role-playing game in the virtual environment, taking on roles like startup business owners and investors. The virtual environment included features like an assignment room to choose roles, a conference room for the simulation, a whiteboard for presentations, colored chairs to represent roles, and a timer to keep students on schedule. An evaluation after the activity assessed students' experience in the virtual world.
