Harbor House is a domestic violence organization that seeks to eliminate domestic
violence in Central Florida by providing safety, shelter, empowerment, education and
justice.
Duties as the Chief Development officer included develop annual revenue goals and
plans to diversify and increase organizational budget through development strategy.
Milestones and Benchmarks:
 Conducted assessment and established a comprehensive development plan for
FY16-17
 Raised $100,000 within the first 6 months as Chief Development Officer
 Took the lead in grant applications which resulted in grant awards totals of $235,749
for the organization
 Organized, planned and hosted the Annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes Walk to bring
awareness to Domestic Violence
 Organized, planned and excited the Paws for Peace Walk to promote healthy
activities for humans and their pets
 Appointed to serve as organization’s subject matter news correspondent on high

 Founded the Orlando Power Hoopsters basketball team to teach physical,
emotional and mental health among teens
