    within an enterprise so as skills are
    also sometimes referred to as generic
    skills, capabilities or key to achieve
    one’s potential and contribute
    successfully to enterprise strategic
    directions.”
The global challenge now a days making the
competition for a job is particularly high. Any
organizations need all-round candidates that
   can bring the company ahead of others.
  Graduates with high generic skills are the
 most preferable for taking on a job. Generic
                     skills
 are also known as skills, qualities and trait
 that an individual has to master in order to
  succeed in their studies and career. This
   quality defined as also team-work, time
management, problem solving, and sharpen
               numerical skills.
