they can interact more with their fans. Generic
conventions are literally the ingredients of a
web page. Some examples of these can be:

The Multimedia content

3. What makes them successful?
• Web pages are often very easy to set up as well very cheap
to make. Web pages often let the artist communicate and
interact with a global audience. They can use cross media
promotion, which are basically following the style of
something. For example, when Rihanna used the colour
pink for everything such as her album cover, clothes, hair,
etc. There are often opportunities for synergy on web
pages. These are other companies that are allowed to be
interacted with, by the artist’s target audience. Some
examples of these are Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. On a
web page, you can stream and/or download music from the
site, a bit like Sound Cloud. Web pages are the most
common form used by a young audience ranging from ages
12 to 25 years of age.
