This document describes a rotating device that uses flowing water to generate electricity. Water flows through a rubber tube and nozzles, causing a wheel to rotate. This rotation powers a generator to produce electricity. The device can be used for irrigation, as a water sprinkler in gardens, or modified to create fountains with lighting and sound effects.
