REGULATIONS
FOR STUDENTS
Attendance and Punctuality 1
🔻Students must be in school before classes begin.
• Three (3) unexcused tardiness = One (1) absence.
🔻Latecomers and absentees must provide a written excuse
letter signed by a parent/guardian.
🔻Prolonged absences due to illness must be supported by
a medical certificate.
🔻Missed academic tasks due to excused absences may be
completed as guided by the teacher.
Uniform and Appearance 2
🔻The complete and proper school uniform must be
worn at all times.
🔻Students not in uniform must provide a valid reason
with a parent’s written explanation and secure an
admission slip from the Principal’s Office.
🔻Good grooming and personal hygiene must be
maintained.
Behavior and Discipline 3
• Respect and courtesy must be shown to all.
• Students must follow classroom and school
rules, as well as the policies set by the
administration.
• Shouting, running, or disturbing classes is not
allowed, especially on stairs and during Holy
Mass.
• Courteous phrases like “please,” “thank you,”

• Loitering is not allowed during class hours.
• Students may leave the classroom only with permission
from the teacher and only for valid reasons.
• Going out of the school premises without written
permission from an authorized person is prohibited.
• All students must stop and stand still wherever they are
during the flag ceremony.
• Participation in morning prayers and flag rites is
mandatory as a sign of discipline and national pride
Use of Gadgets and Technology 4
• Use of cellphones or gadgets during
class is not allowed.
• Bringing cellphones is strictly prohibited
unless authorized by the school.
• The school is not liable for any loss or
damage to personal gadgets.
Communication and After-Class
Conduct

• Students may only approach teachers for concerns
during class hours or by appointment.
• Chatting with teachers after school hours without
permission is not allowed.
• After dismissal, students must proceed directly to
the school gate and avoid lingering in classrooms
or corridors.
Academic Integrity 6
• Cheating, plagiarism, and dishonesty in any form are
prohibited.
• Forgery of signatures or official documents is strictly
forbidden.
• Special exams will only be given to students with valid
reasons and prior permission from the Principal’s Office.
• Cutting classes, threatening, fighting, gambling, and use of
foul language are serious violations.
Canteen and Recess Policy 8
• Pre-Elem and Grade 1 students must bring
snacks from home.
• Grades 2–12 students may use the canteen
during recess and lunch.
• Students are not allowed to leave the school
campus to buy food during breaks.
Cleanliness and School Property 9
• Cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility.
• Trash must be disposed of properly in bins.
• Do not throw waste in toilets or urinals.
• Flush toilets and close faucets after use.
• Vandalism, destruction of property, and
misuse of facilities are subject to disciplinary
sanctions.
Safety and Security 10
• Possession of weapons, sharp objects, or
explosives is strictly prohibited.
• The school maintains a zero-tolerance policy
on violence and threats.
• Bullying and harassment are serious offenses
and will be addressed following the Child
Protection Policy.
Prohibited Substances 11
• Smoking, vaping, drinking alcohol, and the
possession or use of illegal drugs (e.g.,
marijuana, shabu, ecstasy, party drugs) are
considered major offenses.
• Students caught bringing or using alcoholic
beverages, or arriving at school under the
influence, will face serious disciplinary action.
Class Suspension 12
• Signal No. 1: No classes for Pre-Elem
• Signal No. 2: No classes for Grades 1–12
• Suspension announcements will be made
via TV, radio, newspaper, or Text Brigade.
School Activities and Organizations 13
• Activities using the school’s name must be
approved by the Principal.
• Joining clubs or organizations must also
have the approval of school authorities.
• Membership in fraternities, sororities,
gangs, or any unrecognized organization is
strictly prohibited.
