Smaller states like Meghalaya, Mizoram, and Nagaland will hold elections on April 9th while Delhi and Haryana elections will be on April 10th. Voters should bring photo voter ID slips and will have the option to reject all candidates by pressing the None of The Above button on electronic voting machines.
